The Web is a colourful, graphic medium. We will incorporate your company logo, if you have one, and use similar colours to those in your current corporate identity, and be careful to reinforce the "corporate image" your organisation projects.

Marketing your web site

All my web sites include all the required meta tags, etc required for the search engines to find you easily. In order to do this, we need you to supply 25-30 "keywords" which people might use to find your product or service. We will give you information on how to generate these words. We will also need a 25-word (200 character) sentence or two describing your Web site using as many key words as possible in a "readable" sentence.

As I said, all my web sites include all the required meta tags, etc required for the search engines to find you easily. Still, this can take a couple of months. Or, we can list you manually on the search engines for AU$25 (US$20). If you would like to take advantage of this service, please check this box

Page Counters*** Please note that information about the number of visitors to your Web site can usually be obtained from your Internet Service Provider (who houses your site). We do not include page counters on our Standard Web Site packages.

This way there are no nasty little surprises for either of us!All quotes include the following:

***Up to 1 hour consultation with client concerning Web marketing strategy and site design (preferably via e-mail), or you can telephone me.***Text must be supplied by the client on CD or via e-mail.

***Text is limited to 200 words per page if not supplied on CD or via e-mail (because I'll have to type it).

***Web sites containing over 1,200 words may be subject to additional design fees, especially if they require a great deal of formatting.We will cover this in the quote.

***Please note: our services do not include editing your text. Please supply it to us in the final form you want displayed on the Web. We can copy write for you, but this is an additional cost.

***Standard sites do not include flash or shockwave graphics, streaming audio or video, database driven dynamic content, etc. in the base cost. These will require an extra fee by quotation.

***Each page includes two to three photos or graphics, in addition to navigational links. Extra photos may incur an extra cost.

***Graphics and photos are supplied by the client on CD or via e-mail or supplied as a photo (smaller than A4) for scanning.

***More than one photo per page which requires scanning may incur an addition charge.

***Clients might also like to select from Corel, Photodisc, or Publisher's Depot, etc. photo archives. Client pays an additional fee to cover web licenses for photos selected from these sites.

***Advertising to the major Web search engines and directories is included on completion of the site. You will need to supply a list of keywords, and an introductory sentence for this submission.

***One contact form of up to 6 fields included free in every site. Extra fields or forms by quotation.

***Additional custom graphics billed at AU$30 (US$25) per hour.

***Updating and piecework is charged at AU$30 (US$25) per hour.

***Thumbnail/Large photo pairs (A "clickable" thumbnail photo loads a larger screen size photo) by quotation.
